Purchases

The prices for goods displayed for sale on the website are as set out on the site and are inclusive of VAT and Duty at relevant rates valid at the time of purchase.  Any additional charges for delivery etc will be clearly displayed.

By completing and submitting the electronic order form on the site you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.

By making that offer to purchase goods, you are also authorising webwines.ie to deduct the amount from the card or payment method provided. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email, stating that the goods ordered have been dispatched. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide when placing your order. Whether or not you receive an email, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion. Where we are unable to fulfil part or all of your order we will contact you and arrange to refund that amount to you.

Delivery

Webwines.ie offer a nationwide delivery, serviced through agreement with a commercial courier company. Deliveries are typically made within 2-3 working days. During extremely busy periods our delivery periods may be extended. Where this occurs, we will make every effort to communicate this with you.

Goods must be ordered by and received by a person 18 years of age or older. Where any of our drivers are in doubt as to the age of the person receiving the goods, they reserve the right to request proof of age and / or retain the goods until they can be received by a person of or above the legal age to purchase alcohol.

Cancellation of Orders, Returns & Refunds

We work hard to ensure that our goods arrive at your door exactly as they left ours. Unfortunately, accidents can happen. In the unfortunate case of goods becoming broken or damaged in transit, we will offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any delivery costs incurred.
