Refund policy

At webwines.ie, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every order. We take great care in packaging and selecting our wines, but in the unlikely event of an issue, we're here to help.

1. Refunds for Damaged or Incomplete Orders

We meticulously pack all our wines in special secure boxes to ensure safe delivery to your door. However, in the unlikely event that your wine order is delivered damaged or if any items are missing:

  • You are entitled to a full refund for any items not received or for bottles that arrive damaged.

  • Please contact us immediately at info@webwines.ie to advise us of any shortages or damage.

  • To help speed up your refund, it would be greatly appreciated if you could include a copy (e.g., a photo) of the delivery docket clearly marked with the shortages or a photo of the damaged items. This assists us in processing your request efficiently.

2. Returns for Change of Mind

We are confident you'll love our wines, but we understand that sometimes you might change your mind after your order has been dispatched.

  • If you wish to return a wine after it has been delivered, we are happy to refund your account upon the safe return of the wines.

  • Please contact us at info@webwines.ie to arrange a return. We will provide you with all the necessary return details.

  • Please note: Only recent purchases, specifically those made within 28 days of notifying us, can be returned for a credit. Wines must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
