Award Winning Rioja Red and White

Award winning wines from Rioja where the Wine Maker Raúl Tamayo has just been voted as one of the Hundred most relevant winemakers in the world! (The Drink Business: 'The Master Winemaker 100 2026'. 
And his top wines won the top prizes! 
Proelio Garnacha 2023, 100% Garnacha from Alto Najerilla valley, in Cárdenas and Badarán, won the Master medal.

Finca La Esperilla 2023 achieved the Gold medal with a wine from the emblematic La Esperilla vineyard, planted in goblet in 1974, in which the red varieties of Rioja are present. 

Not to forget that Tim Atkin MW voted Raúl's wines as best Red AND White in Rioja! So there!   

While some of these wines haven't been released or reached Ireland yet, there are plenty of other Award Winning Rioja's from Raúl available.
