Welcome to our FAQ section. Here you'll find answers to common questions about ordering, delivery, our wines and more. If you can't find what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Can I mix a case? 
Yes, we are normally happy to mix cases but you will have to email us at info@webwines.ie with your chosen wines. Most wines can be mixed but in some cases (normally the very upper end) we do not split cases. 

I'm never at home, can you leave my delivery on the doorstep?
No, all deliveries must be accepted by an adult (over 18) as it is wine we sell! We are though pretty flexible on delivery times as we generally deliver ourselves. 

I've changed my mind, can I return my wines?
Yes you can. If you have just changed your mind, then we will refund in full any wines received back to our stores (resaleable condition etc...) but you may be liable for the return delivery cost. If it's our fault, then no costs and a full refund will be offered - see our Refund policy in full HERE

Do you offer Wine Tasting events?
Yes and no! We do run Wine Tasting events numerous times a year in Foxrock, normally hosted by our friends in KERB Restaurant, Foxrock Village. These vary from Tapas & Tasting nights, to Dinners with wines and some specific wine tasting nights only, and are notified to those on our mailing list (you can subscribe at the bottom of our Home page. 
Otherwise, If you have a suitable venue let us know at info@webwines.ie and we'll organise a great night for you. 

Do you ship internationally? 
Generally no, but we are happy to quote if required. Please remember that foreign shipments may incur Duty/Vat charges that are beyond our control.
