This 100% Cortese wine from Southern Piedmont has pronounced mineral notes and hints of citrus on the nose.
It offers delicate flavours - fresh fruit  and a touch of salinity, and finished crisp and dry.

Cortese is THE white grape of Piedmont. If offers fresh fruit flavours and crisp acidity.  It's best served with seafood (grilled fish ...) or white meats but can appear a little austere if consumed on it's own - definitely a food wine!
