Bourgogne Cote d'Or Blanc 2022, Philippe Bouzereau, Burgundy
Minimum order: 6 bottles. We sell in cases of 6 or 12 to ensure you get the best deal, best price and best service.
A lovely White Burgundy from a renowned Meursault (and Chassagne, Puligny etc) producer.
The Bouzereau house style is all about freshness and showcasing the terroir.
Here, in the Bourgogne Blanc, there is no new oak used, so you get clean and pure flavours.
It's fresh, rounded with a deliciously juicy style and is drinking now and for the next couple of years - but good luck keeping it that long!
Alc. Vol. 13.5%
Last Tasted: July 2025
A little history lesson ...
This wine was previously known as Chateau de Citeaux Bourgogne Chardonnay, but Philippe and his brother Charles sold the Chateau de Citeaux (a lovely 4 star Boutique hotel now!) and kept the vineyards. 'You can't do both wine and hotel' says Philippe!
Philippe took over the estate from his father (also Philippe) in 2006, the 9th generation of the family in the wine business, and was later joined by Charles. Together they are conquering the world (well, that's what we said , and we were also brothers!)
