Wine Delivery Clare

From Ennis and Shannon to Lahinch, Kilkee, Kilrush, Lisdoonvarna and addresses elsewhere in County Clare, you can order from the Web Wines range for delivery to your door.

Most individual wines are sold in six-bottle cases. Selected mixed and gift cases are also available if you would like to explore several wines in one order.

Orders are normally dispatched the next working day and typically arrive in Clare within two to three working days. Delivery is free on orders over €150, with the applicable delivery charge shown at checkout below that amount.

A Case for the Wine Rack

Begin with the type of wine you normally enjoy. You might browse our Spanish Wines for a red to serve with dinner or explore our White Wines for something to keep chilled.

Sometimes the starting point is simply a bottle you remember, a grape you first discovered on holiday or a region you’ve been meaning to revisit. If that’s the case, Wines by Grape can be an easier place to begin than browsing the entire range.

Most wines are sold in six-bottle cases, while selected mixed and gift cases offer another way to explore the Web Wines range.

Buying Wine Online in Clare

One of the difficulties with ordering wine online is that more choice doesn’t necessarily make choosing any easier.

Web Wines has taken a narrower approach. Wines are tasted before joining the range, so the website isn’t intended to contain every label that could possibly be stocked.

For someone ordering from Clare, that matters. You don’t have the bottle in your hand or a merchant standing beside you while you decide, so the judgement behind the range becomes part of what you’re relying on.

Web Wines grew from the wine business Jim McCabe started in 1982, when he opened Ireland’s first Wine Warehouse. Today, John McCabe oversees the range, continuing the family approach of choosing what deserves a place on the shelves.

You can meet John McCabe or read more about the Web Wines story.

From Web Wines to Your Door in Clare

Once your case is chosen, Clare orders are normally dispatched on the next working day for overnight delivery with DPD. Most arrive within two to three working days.

Fine and Premium Wines can take an additional day because of how they are stored, while larger orders can occasionally require a little more time to bring the stock together.

If you’re filling the wine rack, an extra day may not matter. If the wine is for a dinner, birthday or particular weekend, it probably does. Email info@webwines.ie with your Clare address and the wines you’re considering, and we’ll confirm the expected timing.

Our Clare service is part of Web Wines’ wine delivery across Ireland, where you’ll find further information about nationwide delivery.

When Your Case Arrives

Someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. As the case contains alcohol, it cannot be left unattended or in a designated safe place.

DPD tracking information is provided following dispatch where available.
