From a Domaine with a high proportion of old vines, yields are small & concentrated, with elegant structure and aromatic complexity. It offers aromas of red fruits and soft tannins, a touch of candied peel perhaps.

2 Btls Sancerre Rouge 2023, Jean Colin, Loire
We made up the 6-pack with this recently arrived Pinot Noir from Loire Central Vineyards., as was so Burgundian in style. It opens with notes of violet and spices and shows violets and subtle spices mouth filling flavours. While not technically a big wine, it is powerful and well-structured in the mouth, and finishes with flavours of red berries (raspberries & strawberries) - and quite Burgundian in style - a real happy surprise!
