The 2019 Reserva de la Familia is a classical blend of 55% Macabeo, 35% Xarello and 10% Parellada. It's a Gran Reserva so has spent 3 years aging on it's lees and is in perfect condition to drink now. .

This is a 'Brut Nature' so there is no added sugar before the second fermentation, so it is Bone Dry! 

It has a nice bright yellow colour with golden highlights in the glass, and opens with fresh fruity apple and citrus aromas. The bubbles are fine and fresh on the palate with flavours of white fruits, brioche and hints of spices.  It finishes powerfully with great acidity and freshness.
