This lovely 1er Cru wine from Cordier* is balanced, fine and beautifully restrained example of Pouilly Fuisse with minimal use of oak.  
There is a fine volume to this delicious and beautifully refined middle to full bodied wine. It opens up with a richness on the paslate and an intensely lemony, bone0dry and youthful finale.
