Ripasso Cantine di Ora is every thing you would want and expect from a 'Ripasso'. It is, as expected, half way between a standard Valpolicella and an Amarone.
Ripasso Cantine do Ora shows with a ruby red colour with raspberry & black cherry aromas on the nose. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a mouthful of fresh fruits, but remains soft and velvety throughout. It finishes with hints of chocolate & spices.
And ... Ripasso and Ripassa are the same! It's interchangeable. Normally Ripasso, Ripassa is more than acceptable and closer to original Veneto dialect!
